NOZzER Shipping & Returns Policy
Thanks for your interest in the products of Umbrosys Europe Company (“Umbrosys”). Umbrosys provides some gadgets (the “Physical Product” or “Product” or NOZzER (TM)).
We provide Free Shipping option to each of listed countries.
Please be aware of shipping limitations and returns policy when ordering the product(s).
The product(s) ordered by you, the Customer, will be delivered to the address you provided at the time of your order.
We can’t ship to
North Korea (aka Democratic People’s Republic of Korea)
Sevastopol (aka Crimean Autonomous Republic)
Estimated shipping period depends on an option which you choose while making the purchase, and generally variates from 2 to 10 days. The list of countries we ship to is below:

If you don’t find your country on the list, please write to email@example.com and we’ll try to do something with it. In other countries NOZzER will be available as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, VAT, import taxes, special delivery fees administered by your government, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order, and we are unable to estimate those fees for you and are not able to pay those on your behalf.
Usually, in 99% of all cases – there are no additional import duties for customers, because product valuation goes below custom threshold.
Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, so if you refuse shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers that may also delay delivery times.
All shipping terms and conditions, noted in titles of the shipping options, should be understood as expected values, provided by courier companies.
Umbrosys, as a company-producer, can’t be responsible for any delays or other inconvenience caused by the logistics companies. So if customer chooses some paid express delivery, he paid this extra cost to the courier company, not to Umbrosys, and any shipping charges are nonrefundable.
The following may result in delayed shipping or delivery:
- – Incorrect shipping address;
- – Shipping address that does not match the billing address;
- – Canceling items, combining orders or changing your shipping address;
- – Carrier’s failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions);
- – Customs clearance procedures;
- – National holidays in any involved countries and other force-majeure circumstances;
- – Delivery terms, which measured and displayed in “days”, should be understood as “working days”.

IMPORTANT! Please, note:
NOZzER – is the personal TENS device, which directly contacts with humans skin, so in case of the return without argued reasons, it’s not intended to reuse by the other customer. By current law, this kind of products is allowed for return ONLY in case of some issues or defects in product’s main functions. In that case, after testing we’ll replace a product or refund you immediately.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our team “Support” within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging—cardboard box and paper sleeve.
- The RMA number (provided by our customer support team) must be included along with your returned product.
Additional terms and conditions:
- Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
- You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Umbrosys.
- The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for Umbrosys to credit your account.
