NOZzER Shipping & Returns Policy

Thanks for your interest in the products of Umbrosys Company (“Umbrosys”). Umbrosys provides some  gadgets (the “Physical Product” or “Product” or NOZzER (TM)).

Please be aware of shipping limitations and returns policy when ordering the product(s).

Shipping Limitations

  1. The product(s) ordered by you, the Customer, will be delivered to the address you provided at the time of your order.
  2. We cannot ship to a different country than your billing address or the mailing address on your order. The list of countries we ship to is below:

In other countries NOZzER will be available as soon as possible.

  1. To get exactly price of shipping to your city please look the list of our distributors and choose the nearest one, then check the prices of main forwarders. Average price for US and EU is 3-7 USD.
  2. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, VAT, import taxes, special delivery fees administered by your government, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order, and we are unable to estimate those fees for you and are not able to pay those on your behalf.

Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, so if you refuse shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

  1. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers that may also delay delivery times.

The following may result in delayed shipping or delivery:

  • –  Incorrect shipping address;
  • –  Shipping address that does not match the billing address;
  • –  Canceling items, combining orders or changing your shipping address;
  • –  Carrier’s failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions); or
  • –  Customs clearance procedures.

* If your order was shipped via USPS, then use your shipment tracking number to confirm the delivery date of your package by visiting the USPS website. Please note that USPS does not track the progress of your shipment, just delivery confirmation.

1 Year Warranty Limitations

A current list of official resellers is provided below. Purchasing from one of these stores entails dedicated customer support and a 1 year limited warranty for the product (please refer to the Warranty section of our website):

30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Nozzerwatch.com for any reason, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our team “Support” within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting support@nozzerwatch.com.
  • Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
  • All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging—cardboard box and paper sleeve.
  • The RMA number (provided by our customer support team) must be included along with your returned product.

Additional terms and conditions:

  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Umbrosys.
  • The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for Umbrosys to credit your account.
